Written, directed, and performed by @bijllionaire aka Edmond van der Bijl (@evdbjl). Here it is on facebook and youtube:
I created Bijllionaire (in early 2018) as a creative outlet to express my inner most thoughts and feelings 😉
Why “Bijllionaire”? I crowd sourced some stage names on facebook and among many great entries I saw one from my good friend Chris that suggested “Top Bijling” (note the last four letters in my last name are pronounced “bill” in english, of Dutch origin). From there, it was a short jump to “Bijllionaire” as I thought it represented a few important things: 1) It was easy to remember! 2) It was available online as a handle. 3) It represents the unreachable…and that’s what a lot of this is all about…being creative and reaching for the stars. 4) Bonus, I am also no where near being a “billionaire”, so there’s some fun in that too (note that the logo I have on my hat was made from duct tape and a sharpie! lol)

How do you get rid of your dad bod? Here’s how I’ve been working out my dad bod…
Walking. Sounds stupid right? It isn’t! Start with little steps…walking will lead to more. I use to always go to the gym and do crazy work out and be sore for days and never go back again. If it’s been while for you, start simple. Start with something (again, for me it was walking – 20 minutes total, half uphill) that almost seems too easy. You’ll laugh at yourself maybe, but chances are you’ll stick with it. And then it will act like a bit of a gateway drug…In my case, I went out and bought a jump rope and now I’m addicted (note that I remembered jump-roping being a lot easier when I was a kid…it takes a little while to get back into the flow:))
Anyway, it’s all about momentum. That’s why I say start small…cuz once you get those dad bod muscles going, who knows how far you will go!
